Forgemark stores the ideas you submit, generated names, availability checks, favorites, and account links needed to keep your projects available across sessions.

We use Clerk for authentication, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for error reporting, and registrar links for domain handoff. We do not sell your naming prompts or generated names.

We process idea text, generation outputs, selected preferences, favorites, buy-click metadata, quality feedback, IP-derived request limits, anonymous session IDs, account profile fields, and provider diagnostics needed to operate and protect the product.

AI, domain, social, trademark, analytics, error-reporting, auth, and storage providers may process data on our behalf. These providers are used to generate names, check availability, detect errors, understand product health, and maintain accounts.

We keep project history while your account or anonymous session needs it, and we keep operational logs and analytics for launch monitoring, fraud prevention, debugging, and legal obligations. We avoid logging full prompt text at INFO level.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may remain in backups, abuse-prevention logs, aggregated analytics, or legally required records for a limited period.
